DisplayPort Cables

DisplayPort cables have replaced the older standards such as VGA,  DVI and are capable of delivering 1080p, 4k, 8k and 16k resolutions,  DisplayPort can deliver the highest performance available today and will simplify the connectivity between devices,  the technology is compatible with existing standards such as VGA, DVI, HDMI through the use of adaptors and will also carry the audio signal Supporting 8 channel, uncompressed 24bit audio however compatibility with the audio signal will depend on support from connecting equipment.
We supply DisplayPort cables in lengths from 1m, 2m, 3m and 5m, 5m is currently the longest length of standard DisplayPort cables, longer cables may cause a drop in bandwith causing the resolution to drop, so whilst a longer DisplayPort cable may work it may not be able to provide the same performance a shorter cable can produce. To resolve this length issue we now supply AOC DisplayPort cables, AOC stands for active optical cable,  AOC DisplayPort cables are manufactured using fibre optic cable and can transfer the signal at longer lengths without signal loss or interference, Our AOC range is available in 10m, 15m, 20m lengths.
