40m Active 8k HDMI Cable (AOC) With Detachable Hood

These 40m Active Optical HDMI cables have a detachable hood which reduces the size of the HDMI plug to enable the cable to be fed through smaller spaces. They have a protective case which protects the connector from damage during the process. Once the cable has been fed through then the hood must be re-fitted to enable the device to work, A USB cable is also included which attaches to the HDMI plug to provide extra power if required.

AOC short for Active Optical Cable. AOC removes the copper conductors and replaces them with fibre optical cores and a small transmitter and receiver in the connectors. Copper cores still remain to carry power along the cable. AOC cables don’t suffer from signal loss over longer distances, They connect just like a standard HDMI cable without the need for boosters or extenders etc.  

Please Note: This cable must be connected with the Source connector connected to the device & Display connector connected to the display.
