4 Port USB Extender (Over CAT5e / CAT6)

4 Port USB 2.0 extender enables users to extend the length of USB up to 100 metre via CAT5e or 150 metre via CAT6, the extender supports 4x USB 2.0 inputs such as printer, camera, scanner, USB flash drive, keyboard, mouse, touchscreen, etc and it supports Gigabit switch cascade. It can be used for security monitoring, gaming, industrial control, professional audio-visual, and other fields.

The extender has a transmitter and receiver as seen in the image,  the ethernet cable is plugged into the input on the transmitter and another ethernet cable is plugged into the output, the ethernet cable runs from the output of the transmitter and is then plugged into the input on the receiver, the receiver has the 4x USB outputs for connecting USB devices.

When the connection passes through a Gigabit Ethernet Switch, the input and output cable lengths can reach 100m (Cat5e) or 150m (Cat6/7) respectively.
