RJ45 Ethernet CAT5e Module
Our CAT5e RJ45 module is suitable for modular AV wall plate systems, The front of the module has an RJ45 socket, RJ45 is most commonly used in domestic and commercial internet / network installations, the RJ45 plug is used to attach from routers, switches, patch panels etc to computers or TV's or virtually any wired network enabled device found in the home. If your device has a wired internet connection then it's usually the RJ45 socket, The reverse uses an IDC type connection, The individual wires in the network cable will need to be fixed into position using an IDC punchdown tool (not supplied). This is the standard method for attaching this type of cable and is a very straightforward process, The module has colour and number coding on the reverse
